The short version: BlueDune is manual by design. We never connect to your bank. We only store the subscription data you type in yourself. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for ads. Ever.

BlueDune ("BlueDune," "we," "us," or "our") is a subscription tracking application. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service. Here's a breakdown:

We do not collect: bank account credentials, transaction history, financial account numbers, or any data from third-party financial institutions. BlueDune is fully manual — you are always in control of what goes in.

We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it for a longer period (e.g. billing records).

7. Push Notifications

BlueDUne uses push notifications to alert you about upcoming renewals. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings at any time. Turning off notifications will not affect your account or subscription data, only your ability to receive alerts.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to personal data by BlueDune staff is strictly limited and logged.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@subguard.org.

9. Children

BlueDune is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of BlueDune after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
