By accessing or using BlueDune ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of v, including users of the free Basic plan and paid Plus subscribers.
BlueDune is a personal subscription tracking application. It allows users to manually log their recurring subscriptions, track renewal dates, and receive push notifications about upcoming charges. BlueDune does not connect to bank accounts, financial institutions, or payment systems on your behalf.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of significant changes.
To use BlueDune, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years old to use BlueDune. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
BlueDune offers a free Basic plan and a paid Plus plan, available on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
Plus Monthly: $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled.
Plus Yearly: $49.99 per year, billed annually. Renews automatically until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Plus benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time within a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
The BlueDune app, including its design, logo, codebase, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of BlueDune and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of BlueDune without our express written permission.
Your subscription data — the entries you create in BlueDune — remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
BlueDune is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Push notifications may occasionally fail to deliver due to device settings, network conditions, or technical issues outside our control. BlueDune is a tracking tool — you remain responsible for managing your own finances and subscriptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueDune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall BlueDune's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to BlueDune in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have not paid anything.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@subguard.org or through the account deletion option in the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. In cases of serious violations, we may do so without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of BlueDune after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
